Genesys Works is a U.S. nonprofit that provides pathways to career success for high school students in underserved communities through skills training, meaningful work experiences, and impactful relationships. Now in its third decade of operations, the organization pairs professional and technical skills training with paid corporate internships during the senior year of high school, followed by college and career coaching and ongoing alumni support.
